Wellim is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process. Refunds are guaranteed based on the specific cancellation rules set by the property for each room and rate type. These rules are unique to your booking and determine your eligibility for a refund.

Important: Wellim acts as a travel agent and does not control or set these cancellation and refund rules. All such policies are determined solely by the property (hotel or accommodation provider) for each room and rate type. Wellim displays these rules at the time of booking for your reference.

Refund Timelines

  • Refund timelines vary depending on your bank, payment provider (such as Stripe), and the recipient country.
  • Most refunds are processed instantly by Wellim, but actual receival may take 3-10 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
  • If your bank charges a foreign exchange (forex) fee on remittances, the receivable amount may be reduced accordingly.

Instant Refunds

Where eligible, Wellim will process your refund instantly after your cancellation request is approved. You will receive a notification once the refund is initiated.

Cancellation Rules & Eligibility

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation rules set by the property for your specific room and rate type at the time of booking.
  • Some rates may be non-refundable or may incur penalties for late cancellation or no-show.
  • No-show penalties may apply if you do not check in on the scheduled date, as per the property's policy.

Wellim's Discretion

In special cases, Wellim may choose to refund users at its own discretion if the situation is deemed valuable or justified, even if the standard cancellation rules do not allow for a refund.
